Wisdom Of Hardships !

And I'm hoping there's some larger truth about suffering here, or at least my understanding of it - although I've come to realize that the only truths that matter to me are the ones I don't and can't understand. - What's mysterious, ambiguous, inexplicable. - What doesn't fit into a story. - What doesn't have a story. - Glint of brightness on a barely chain. - Patch of sunlight on a yellow wall. - The loneliness that separates every living creature from every other living creature. - Sorrow inseparable from joy. - And life bound by tough let goes. Hence, in the silence of suffering, the soul begins to speak about the combination of deepest wisdom that grow in the soil of the hardest trials.

The Art Of Noticing !

  Life is made up of things that we gain and things that we lose, and noticing both is an important art of living fully. Have you noticed, we human often move too quickly, chasing what’s next or feeling sad about what’s gone. Don’t we miss the small, meaningful moments in between? Yes we do! A quiet morning, a kind word, or a shared smile, these are the little gifts that often go unnoticed. Noticing doesn’t mean fixing everything or holding on too tightly. It means being present, paying attention and letting ourselves feel both the joy and the sadness that come with being alive. We learn that even in loss, there is beauty and even in the ordinary, there is something worth remembering.
