The Art Of Noticing !
Life is made up of things that we gain and things that we lose, and noticing both is an important art of living fully. Have you noticed, we human often move too quickly, chasing what’s next or feeling sad about what’s gone. Don’t we miss the small, meaningful moments in between? Yes we do!
A quiet morning, a kind word, or a shared smile, these are the little gifts that often go unnoticed. Noticing doesn’t mean fixing everything or holding on too tightly. It means being present, paying attention and letting ourselves feel both the joy and the sadness that come with being alive. We learn that even in loss, there is beauty and even in the ordinary, there is something worth remembering.
As a curious soul, I notice small glances, quiet shifts in mood, the way light falls on someone’s face when they’re lost in thought, when they struggle to speak their heart when grievances dull their hopes and when a little joy sparkle through their twinkling eyes. It's beautiful to notice when even one life rise and walk through dead tunnels, not giving up to be human everyday.
Noticing them doesn't make me speak aloud of their qualities not because they don’t matter, but because their beauty lies in simply feeling them as they are trying. There’s a kind of quiet truth in observing without needing to explain, in letting a moment be whole without breaking it down into words. Some things are meant to be understood in silence, where meaning lingers softly, deeper than speech. In those moments, I feel connected—not just to others, but to the stillness that surrounds everything real. All of it makes a soul more than breathing than just surviving.
This is beautiful 🌷
